To obtain spiritual Alchemy one must learn to process negative emotions into gifts. This process is Emotional Alchemy & you cannot have one without the other. Spiritual Alchemy activates through opening the heart & that is the Emotional Alchemy part of it, when you practice the feelings of the feeling.
This process allows you to connect with the divine & as you connect you become more vulnerable with yourself. Being open to the unknown allows you to receive from source; your higher power in whatever your faith holds to.
